New Delhi: IPM India, the India affiliate of Philip Morris International (PMI), has been awarded the global Equal-Salary certification for the third time, recognizing its sustained efforts in promoting equal pay and equitable growth opportunities across its workforce.

Issued by the Equal-Salary Foundation, this prestigious certification affirms that IPM India ensures fair remuneration for equal work, regardless of gender, and reflects a deeper organizational commitment to cultivating an inclusive, transparent, and opportunity-rich environment for employees.
